12 year old vehicle----Springs are probably getting weak...have to replace them--- front and rear on both sides--- to get back to the proper ride height. Take it to a good frame/alignment shop and they can check the specs for the ride height and measure the truck and check for any frame damage or being out of specs.

Defective shock or strut? Tire pressue deflated? Something on that side of the vehicle that's heavy?

There was an old couple back home who you'd see out on the road occasionally, she was rather hefty and that car always leaned to one side because of that.

Is it merely interior the front that it leans? you may merely crank the torsion bar on that facet to improve it up. Its achievable that bar is getting susceptible because of the fact of towing or whatnot. yet you may rather regulate it by ability of cranking The screw on the returned end of the bar, with the front wheels off the floor.

Ford had a recall on this problem. They install shims to correct it, call the dealer and check the technical service bulletins.

Since you seem to do mechanical work it is now time to take your baby to the frame shop. Not the gas station that does alignments.. Frame shop...
