The group will be motivated by survival for the short-term. They need food and shelter immediately. The person that provides food and shelter will become the default leader until the immediate needs have been met. People are willing to work together when they have common needs. After that things change.

well there would be mayhem, there would be the strong dominating the weak and dictating the weak do all the hunting and work to feed the strong who would threaten to beat them up if they didn't comply. just look at dictatorships around the world, those with the power dictate to others as slaves. (or wait we have that now in countries around the world I guess they are just giant islands)

teenagers do not have the maturity for such a situation, sometimes I think that many in rulership positions have not grown up either. there would be some infighting, manipulating and even murder.

since there is no adult authority then they would feel free to do what they wanted. especially if they feel there is no God to answer to. (or wait here again this is happening in governments and corporations who feel there is no God to answer to)

there would be one or two in the group who care about right and wrong but they would be outvoted, these would be the conscious of the group viaing to get the others to treat each other right and they would end up killing those in the long run as they would be tired of having their conscious pricked by morality which would interfere with their dictatorship and egos. just look at history why was jesus killed, the apostles hounded and some even killed and jailed? oh no this is happening on a grand scale too already!

why do you think the churches hated Jehovah's witness so much in germany during the war? they were a example that yes you can do right if you truly want to even against odds and they (churches) didn't like being reminded they were doing wrong. in fact they went to hitler to do something about them, and hitler replied "I will crush this brood". Who really got crushed?

These are the ones with the purple triangles in the camps. of course for the life of me I don't know why the churches supported his hated of jews. Why did hitler hates jews anyway?

so if you want to know what teenagers would do on an island just look at what's going on in the world of government, religion and big business and you will have your answer.

Someone would take the lead, either by election or by sheer power. That is how most societies work.
