what temperature should a cellar be?? i know it should be cool but not the temperature please help!!!!

The ideal temperature for storing wine or ale is generally considered to be about 55°F or 13°C. A little cooler than that is okay. Seasonal variations in temperature are typical of traditional cellars, and are acceptable, but rapid or frequent temperature fluctuations should be avoided.

Yeah, about 55 degrees. You would think colder would be better but then ya gotta worry about humidity levels causing mold to grow and all that sh1t.....: )
