Well, i am 23 years old & when i was like 16 i use to love to dance but now in dayz things changed a lot! i kinda lost rhythm!!! please help, i wanna be able to watch a video and start learning again!

For "a little salsa here and there" you can go to http://www.ballroomdancers.com they have demonstrations of the steps. Also, if you type in "learn salsa" in youtube I'm sure you'll find a bunch of stuff. Sorry, don't know about R&B, Hip Hop and Rap.

There are all sorts of videos on youTube that seem to break the moves down fairly well. These should get you started :)
The next step would be to check out dance studios or community/rec centers that offer adult classes in hip hop.
For salsa, do some searches for free salsa classes in your area. I know there are two dinner/bar places near me that offer free salsa classes with purchase of a drink. It's a lot of fun to go with friends too :)

if you go on halloffamedance.com there are tons of videos of dance compitions all over the country. it doesn't actually teach u how to dance, but u can watch and try to copy them. the majority of the dancing is lyrical and jazz, but there is some hip-hop too
