Oh, and there is a newspoll due out tonight (monday), do you think the results will be any better for Johnny?

I think that is GREAT! Johnny is history - no doubt about it! If he can't hold his own seat how will he hold the leadership?

He will have to call the election NOW!! I can't believe the conceit of the man. All around him he is being given a big fat hint to go and yet he hangs on and hangs on kidding himself that it is all somehow going to turn around and he will become popular.

This is real Karma!! Now it is his turn to cry - just like Fraser did after the 1987 election. This is their legacy for what they have done to democracy in this country and for what they did to Whitlam and his Government in 1975.

Howard is - going - going - GONE!!

Great news for Australia! I know that the libs will lose, I just hope that it is a landslide so all Johnny is known for is being the most hated man in Australia.

I think Maxine would do a great job and hope she wins the election. However, I think that anyone standing up against Howard in this election would have a pretty good chance of winning.

Bring on Kevin and the ALP!!

It's obvious how you feel about it, Big R. And I feel great about it. It would be the icing on the cake for Howard to lose his seat as well as the election. But I wish Ruddock in particular would also lose his seat, after what he did to all those refugees. The gall of the man, calling himself a member of Amnesty International!

I think you feel, like me, that that is very good to read on a rainy morning in Melbourne. Almost as though the sun is about to come out. Looking forward to tonight's poll result. If it is worse for the Libs. they are going to find it very hard to hang on to little Johnie for much longer. If they lose in a landslide and a lot of their top guns go they are going to find it very hard to recover in less than a decade. Hey, that sounds pretty good to me.

i haven't been a non secular individual. yet i've got been a committed one. I see faith for what it quite is; i verify out it for the period of the 'eyes' of the Bible and understand that it falls wanting what Jesus taught. once I became a 'christian' I instructed myself i could keep on with a faith that had no longer something to do with politics or conflict in any way. i could keep on with a faith that would not bow right down to idols and worship human saints. i could keep on with a faith that did no longer keep on with man made traditions and veiled pagan celebrations. until eventually i discover that faith I proceed to be as far far flung from church homes as I probable can. I study God's observe on my own, and attempt and to enforce what I study in my on an familiar basis existence.

Big whisper on one of the commercial channel newsbreaks says he might not even make the election!... Any bets the libs will try to improve their chances before he announces a date by dumping him??

Wouldn't that be good?

P.S. Looks like Barney has reinvented himself as Blindfury? ....Any bets on him losing his Yahoo email account sometime soon?
