I need to know what a ovarian cyst feels like when it burst and what all the other symptoms are that comes along with it bursting.

Sudden or sharp pain may mean a cyst has ruptured. The twisting or rupture of a cyst may increase the likelihood of an infection. If you are experiencing abdominal pain, fever, vomiting and symptoms of shock such as cold, clammy skin and rapid breathing, get help immediately.

In a word, Pain-extreme pain! Whether it has burst or not, you need to be seen by a dr. ASAP. You will be very glad you did.
