What's it take to be successful these days?

Hard work, being at the top of your game, and being willing to do what it takes to complete your assigned tasks.....kind of like being in school, only you get paid for it. Be honest & truthful in your business dealings, as well as helpful to your co-workers.

Of course, there are those backstabbers, and goof-offs who never really accomplish much, but they B-S with the boss so much that they are like BFF's and they get the raises.....that's why I don't work for someone like that.
