When do you prefer to go outside for jogging? at dawn or dusk? given the choice...?

I go at dusk. However I would love to start doing it in the morning before breakfast so that I can get it out of the way, feel good about myself, and have energy all throughout the day. Problem is I am not a morning person. Not at all. It will definitely take some getting used to.

Even though I'm not that much of a morning person, I prefer dawn because the air feels.. cool and good. Plus, it's not as hot/humid as dusk.

Usually at dusk. One exception... I went jogging in Pittsburgh the other year, at dawn on one of the riverside trails, and passed by the hottest guy I ever saw. College-aged, six-feet tall, looked like Brady Quinn... he absolutely took my breath away!

At particular circumstances of the year i like nightfall through fact i will then watch the fireworks they are no longer getting spark off at dawn there replaced right into a time the place I come from force ins movies are performed at nightfall

It would depend on which is cooler (I can't run in the heat), but other than that, I'd guess either, but if I had to choose, i'd probably say dawn, because we'd be moving "toward the light (as in it getting lighter outside) instead of away from it.
