What you are missing is writing the correct formulae. You can't balance any sort of equation until you do that first.
Try Au(NO3)3, AuCl3, AuI3, Fe(NO3)3, Fe(OH)3, Na2CO3, CaCl2 and NaCl. That should get you off to a better start.
