It is now getting beyond manageable and keep in mind NO conservative was supportive of Bush's spending. The article does point out that a surplus simply means that the Government is taking more of the people's money than is needed. So, I don't have a problem with a reasonable deficit

He didn't win in Bosnia, and he let the conditions in the Middle East get so bad we're stuck with this mess we're in now. Bill Clinton GAVE top secret military technology to the Chinese in return for outright bribes. Bill Clinton and his merry men turned the White House into Motel 1600 in return for more bribes and was selling Presidential Pardons out the back door of the White House in return for even more bribes. Billary looted the White House and Air Force One of China, silverware and linens like the common thieves that they were and they managed to arrange a whole lot of really suspicious suicides to cover their tracks. I think it's time you forgot about promoting indicted criminals for the presidency and took a good look at the slime ball Clinton's.
