Well, that would just be tough sh*t for the 'populace', wouldn't it?
If you are too apathetic or lazy to vote, then you have shut up and listen.
Last time I looked, almost EVERYBODY in the US has the RIGHT to vote.

Yes, it should be done away with regardless. Or at least require a double majority.

Also, I doubt that would happen. A Republican has the same chance of winning in 08 that a Sunni has of surviving in Iraq.
