It's really old, it's a guy wearing all black, a hat, and his partner, a woman. I remember he tied a woman on to the railroad tracks. It's b/w. It's driving me nuts. Thanks

Dudley Dooright is the only one I can remember where someone got tied to the tracks. But I remember seeing it in colour.
