Check the thermostat. If you are capable of replacing it yourself do so. or there is something called a thermocouple that could be malfunctioning as well. If it is not functioning you can relace it if you have the know how, or hire someone to do the job!

What kind of heater do you have? If it's a gas furnace, I suggest you call in a professional repairman.

if it,s a gas furnace check to see if the pilot light is lit, if a elect ,check to see if the breaker is on, set the temp at 80 deg, or higher than the room temp,
