This site has adventure games, action games, puzzles, educational, arcade-style, and just about everything you can think of. There are hundreds (I'm not kidding when I say that). And besides the games, there are other things you can do on the site, too. It's addicting and it'll keep you busy!!
Just create & activate an account real quick (so you can earn points and stuff and get on hi-score tables)... it's ALL FREE... and there aren't annoying popups or anything like a lot of game sites have.

You don't necessarily HAVE to create an account but it's a good idea so you can get points from the games, and possibly get on the high scores list, and participate in the rest of the site.

My oldest son really likes Dungeon Runners -- It's free to download and play. If you want the "good stuff" there's a "membership package" that's $4.99 a month, which is still pretty cheap as far as MMO's go.

Runescape.com is pretty fun. You get a lot for free, but you can pay to get extremly awesome powers and stuff like that.
