Ok so ive burnt onto a cd using Nero before and had no problems.So what is going wrong now.

Im clicking on make an audio cd.
Im burning on a cd-r
Im playing the cd on a household cd player that plays other cd's ive burnt ok in the same way.

But now NO SOUND on the new burnt cd.

Try another one to make sure, but your CD burner may be broken.

Try another CD and insist on CD R/W type and be sure you did not disable the audio device when burning the CD.

This happened to me before (not on Nero), and the solution was so simple, it was annoying!

I had set it to burn only English, and when the DVD played the first time, my son had picked the French option. Therefore, no sound!

It's worth checking........good luck!


OOPS! Sorry, just realised yours is a CD, mine was a DVD!!!!

try playing it on another device....did u try on ur computer? mayb its a cd defect...try another cd, make sure u check everything before burning...lower the burn speed..mayb ur buring it too fast....

it could of been a defective cd or somethings wrong with your stereo
