I couldn't advise another person how to make a stranger laugh. But i do like to do this myself. Making people feel at ease is a knack i have always had. A knack that i enjoy very much.

I lower my voice and snarl a bit, that is stranger than my ususal laugh.

This always works, but on females only:
"I bet you a dollar I can make your boobs wobble without touching them"
"Oh Yeah?"
"Yeah!"
"Go on Then"
grab her boobs and shake them around, then say,
"Oh well, I guess I owe you a dollar".
There is no other possible reaction from your victim than laughter.

I am always surprised and it definitely puts a smile on my face when someone tells me that I make their day because of my presence. That makes my day too. :)
