'If"? I think it's pretty obvious that we are going to have a democrat in office come January 30, 2009 (or whenever that official first day is). But they are going to be more conservative than liberal in the end (even if it chokes them to be that way). They have to represent a united people who are mostly conservative (regardless of party dogma).
