If anyone could help me with this I'd appreciate it. I'm studying for a test and cannot find the answer for this in my notes or in the text.

Carbon [as Hydrogen Carbonate or Carbonate]
Calcium [usually as Calcium ions]
Phosphorus [usually as Phosphate or Hydrogen Phosphate ions]
Potassium [as Potassium ions]
Sulfur [usually as Sulfate or Hydrogen Sulfate ions]
Sodium [as Sodium ions]
Chlorine [usually as Chloride ions]
Magnesium (usually as Mg(II) ions, but also in enzymes]
Iodine [often as Iodide]
Iron [as Iron (II) and Iron (III) salts besides hemoglobin, etc.)

The following are also found in trace amounts:
Chromium
Cobalt
Copper
Fluorine

Cl, Na, K as elements that means formed of 1 atom,
besides in molecules CO3--, HCO3--, PO4---, PO4H--, PO4H2-

chlorides, bicarbonates, and sulphates and phosphates of sodium and potassium. calcium ions as well.
