Even though Romo had a great first game, he is nowhere close in talent compared to Carson Palmer who plays in a high powered offense. You can always expect a decent+ game from Palmer while Romo is a craps shoot. He will do bad or do really good. I like Palmer based and the recievers around him and his cannon of an arm.

Palmer. Romo had an incredible first game, but he won't do that every week. Palmer is the better quarterback and he has the better matchup this week. Palmer wasn't spectacular last week, but look who he did it against, one of the best D's in the league in Baltimore.

Unless something changes, or the matchup heavily favors Romo (week 4, 10) or its the bye week, Palmer is your man.

Without a doubt put in Palmer hands down, not only is he my starting QB over Philip Rivers, he is also facing a Cleveland defense that gave up 4 td's to Ben Rothlesburger so put in Palmer and chalk up those points!!!
