Say 3" is 75mm so 10x.075 = 0.75 cubic metre of screed. Then depends on what ratio of sand and cement.
A ton bag of sand is approx 1 cubic metre which would take 8 25kg bags of cement to do a 1c:4s.
I would say 750kg sand to 6 x 25kg bags of cement
750kg sand to 5 bags cement for 1c:5s
750kg sand to 4 bags cement for 1c:6s

Volume = Length x Width x depth (using the same units ie.metres. Convert 3" to metres = approx. 7 1/2 cm = .075m
5 m x 2 m x .075
10 x .075 = .75 cubic metres ie. 3/4 of a metre cubed.
Your mix should be 1 part cement, 3 parts sand and 2 parts stone. This is a normal mix for a cement floor.

about a metre3 of sharp sand and 5 bags of cement.
actually they've cut the size of a bag of dust haven't they, maybe 11 bags just in case. old habits die hard.
ask in the builders merchants they'll advise you.
