Is it still to early to be feeling my baby move? I am 13 almost 14 weeks pregnant with my third pregnancy, however this one is the only the second one to make it this far. I miscarried with number two. I am pretty skinny normally also and I have heard that you can feel the baby move sooner if you are skinny. Anyways why I think that baby moved. The other night and just now, I felt a sudden movement in my tummy both times. It was pretty slight, but I definitely felt something. I might just be getting too excited about things that aren't happening yet, but I just wanted some opinions on whether or not you think it could be movement yet or not.

Many moms who have been pregnant say they can feel slight movements earlier and earlier in pregnancy....
These movements are known as 'quickening', its a twitching of the muscles in the baby as they develop. not the strong kicks you will get later, but it is very possible for you to feel them if you are small or sensitive to it.

Good luck and congrats!

It's pretty early, but I don't think it's TOO early. They say it get's easier to identify the movements with every pregnancy, and 20 weeks is about when you begin to feel movement in a first pregnancy. The baby is definitely big enough to feel moving for a sensitive-enough person who knows what to look for.

I am 13 almost 14 weeks with my second baby and for the last week I have felt the "popcorn popping" feeling and a twinge every now and again, mostly at night when I'm laying still trying to go to sleep. My husband thinks I'm crazy lol, but I think like most motherly intuition you just know. So yeah I do think it was your baby (only you will know for sure)

Everybody is different and so is every pregnancy. I started feeling mine at about 16 weeks. Before that though I did feel what I believe to have been baby. It just felt like a quick little muscle spasm right where my uterus was.
Everyone is different so its possible

13 to 14 week old baby can move but not powerful it moves so mild and gentle that you couldn't feel it at all! The real week that the baby would let you know he or she is moving is when the baby is 18 weeks old.

With my first pregnancy I felt my dd as soon as 13 wks. Nobody believed me. My hubby said "it's probably just a muscle spasm" Have you ever heard of a friggin muscle spasm inside your belly? Oh well. I'm now expecting again and can't wait to feel my baby for the first time.
Yes, I think it was your baby. Congratulations!

It's possible. It usually doesn't happen yet, but it could be that... or it could be gas bubbles moving through. I used to get what I call butterfly feelings..just ever so little... I always thought it was the baby and maybe it was,, but was told it was gas..Congrats mom.
