Bush is not the criminal, when will you people understand? US has done us all a favour, including the innocent women, men and children of Iraq, etc...... it takes time, it's not just hit and run! The US forces, and coallition are there to protect the innocent as best as they can until the Iraq government is able to take control of their own country, better than being controlled by a dictator who may not have had WMD at the time, that could be found, but who's to say the weapons aren't armed elsewhere over there, and ready for action. Clinton had the chance to squash it but never came through. Let the men and women of all the forces do the job they've trained for. If Bush went to trial, I would vouch for him, he doesn't make the decisions, he is surrounded by them! cheers.

If any war crimes are found in Iraq then they could be charged in an international court. To date no war crimes have been alleged by anyone except people who believe that it is war crime to fight any war or like talking aout things they have no real knowledge of. War crimes under international law are meant to punish the country/leadership that orders or allows the troops to do certain things-murder of non-combatants, genocide, rape and so on. It is not to charge them for war crimes because individuals did actions without orders; those are punished by the country's legal system. If you use the standard you are setting as of a definition of a war crime then every leader of every country who sent people into a war could be charged because in every war some individuals have done things which fit the category of war crimes.

I agree with regerugged. They did not create tragedies in Iraq. The Iraqies did that all on their own. Hell, they even go around blowing themselves up. If that is not tragic, then I dont know what is.
Bush is a good man & he is doing what is needed to protect our Country. At least he has some balls to do it!
God Bless America & Mr. Bush.

If President Bush is brought up on charges, we should all be brought up on charges. We all supported his decision to go to war. Dont start that "he lied" crap either, your not a retard, I hope. Even France believed that Iraq had WMDs, I believe that iraq did have them, they just got rid of them. you want to vilify our president for iraq, but JFK is worshiped and he started the Vietnam war. hmm

What a bunch of crap...the only reason these international organizations have any say-so over anything is because the world's superpower (that would be us, the US) gives it to them--they have about as much say over what the US does or doesn't do as Fiji.

They most certainly should stand trial as Nazis did in Nirenberg after the WW II for all the mass murders and for all the war crimes they committed.

he shouldn't be, he has done a good job, look at the millions that saddam had treated badly or killed, just a pity more countries had not joined forces with bush and made it quicker with less casuatlies on all sides, just need a bigger force to move from one end of the country to the other and remove those that didn't want a peaceful country

The leaders of America will never be able to visit certain countries after leaving power, for fear of being arrested.
America doesn't have the guts to face a world court and justify their actions to fair minded people

No. I think your mother should face an international court for crimes against humanity because she gave birth to an oxygen waster like you. I'll give it to you straight, you're an idiot.
