While on a lunch break i just happened to glance across the road and saw this teenager helping this old lady across the road one time who obviously looked a little scared to cross, at first i thought what is he up to?... but then i saw him looking both ways and telling her it was safe to cross and that made me smile quietly inside and thought...now there's the milk of human kindness showing it'self.

When someone who deserves to be happy finally is happy after having a rough time.

That film 'castaway' when Tom Hank's been rescued, or at the end of Shawshank Redemption when they meet each other again on the island. Two great films

I often smile because I am smiling, I am glad that I feel my lips spread. To feel my lips un-purse that is a rare and magic experience. To love to love is the delight of life. To open the pages of a book which I am enjoying, to have creamy coffee brimming on my lips or to kiss someone nice and new, all that brings a delighted smile to my often stupoored face.

There are lot of such examples, but we are so engrossed in ourselves that we don't notice.
Keep searching for such examples constantly and try to emulate. After some time it shall become a habit and you shall also get inspired to do such acts of kindness. Let's all follow the example of that teenager.

very similar to your answer.
when i read stories about teenagers who help.
there was a story recently about 3 teenagers who helped a farmer and his family out of their home, which was on fire, if i'm not mistaken.
these days there's alot of stories about guns etc etc involving teenagers and older generation too.it is so sad to see stories like these, so one where teenagers or older generation help in a way or another, always makes me smile.
