Saddam Hussein was behind more deaths over a longer period of time than Bin Laden. However, most of the deaths Hussein caused were those of his own countrymen. Bin Laden has been allegedly the catalyst behind wide spread terrorism across the world, most notably on 9-11-01.

Saddam is dead so maybe Osama. But I think Saddam was more of a terrorist when he was alive. We don't know if Osama is doing anything at the moment because he's in hiding, who knows whether those tapes are real or fake?

Hussein wasn't actually a terrorist,he was a powerpissed dictator,Bin Laden is a Terrorist leader.
