You might be able to spot something on sale that is still full price in England. But with the amount of people traveling, I would not expect many things a lot cheaper.
London is very expensive to live, but the things in the shops are not that much more expensive as in the countries around it, so I do not expect there to be many cheap things in Paris for you, sorry.

Well depending on where you are coming from, it will vary. If you are from the US, you get more out of the dollar in France with the euro, then in England with the pound. Bascially, a pound is worth 2 American Dollars, and A dollar is worth about 70 Euro Cents. So, in Paris, try to get some chic clothing at some cute boutique, try La Galerie Lafayette fo some good deals, it's like a huge mall with tons of stores. I've been there and it's amazing...
