Drink healthy protein drinks after you exercise. Personally, I like Physique from Shaklee. You don't want to just put on all fat, so extra calories should come from healthy food. Can you eat almonds? What are your cholesterol stats? If they are low, you could eat a few olives, use avocados on your sandwiches, yes, they are fats, but they are veggie fats, so good for you. Eat more starchy vegetables, corn, sweet potato, legumes. Don't eat a big mac every day for 30 days, it will make you SICK. Watch the movie. Good luck!

If you've always been under-weight., then it may just be that thats how you are genetically.
Putting on weight is, for most people, the EASY part...but putting it on in the form of muscle is hard work.
Dont just eat lilke a horse...eat the right stuff. Consult your doctor for nutrition advice, dont resort to pigging out on potato chips and candy...however good that may sound!
Also..have you ever had a medical check for ringworm? That can cause you to fail to gain weight if you are eating normally.

What you need is to stop burning calories, u need to stop exercising for a while until you you get to like 170 then start working out so u would reach 154, that's the only way.

What kind of weight do you want?
Lots of fat? Eat wheat and refined sugar.
Lots of muscles? More exercises. Steroids will increase your muscle buildup but they're unhealthy.
Remember some people are genetically disposed to have long thin muscles and you can do nothing to make them 'meaty'. Besides lean is in bud, dress to show off the long skinny dude look and be happy.

Eat more. Not junk food though. You want to stay healthy. Drink protein shakes. Get a health check. You might have a parasite you lucky thing. Also, stress could be burning off the calories. Try relaxing more.

I dont know what your opinion on this idea is, but by the sounds of it its your genes to be light. I would say if your exercising, at the gym etc doing weights. Don't try to do lots of repitions, instead do less reps, but with more weight. That builds more muscle. And if you get whey proteins, ie Milkshakes etc. that should help you bulk up quicker.
I'm about 5'9 and i weight about 13 stone. I drink lots of milk, raw eggs, and lots of carbohyrdates.

You're lucky mate! I have to eat really carefully else the pounds pile on. It's all a case of metabolism and your body type. If you're not ill with it, enjoy being able to eat like a horse and enjoy your food.

Eat regularly. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Don't skip meals.
If you want to, you can go buy some doughnuts. A box of a dozen donuts contains 200 calories per donut.
