For what? He's not under arrest. He hasn't been charged with a crime. His movements haven't even been restricted by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. The accuser in the case is starting to waffle about this business involving armed gunmen. Let it play out. All too often "breaking news" is "faking news".
