That is quite a speculative paradox that is dependent on one's imagination and ability to think abstractly.
However it would be impractical to explicity speak of visualizing the universe, for to percieve something, you and that something cannot be in the same position at the same time. The universe is everything, matter, energy space and time, you yourself are a mere part of it all, so you cannot consider yourself and the universe as separate independent systems.
So, to put it simply, the universe will, continue to exist, whether or not there was anyone around to 'look' at it.
You spoke of a theory of everything.
That has been termed the Grand Unification Theory, one that will describe everything in the observable universe in terms of the same equations.

Sure it is there all the time, because we are only a tiny fraction of it, arranged in the way that we are capable of carriage of memory and thought. The universe is there for us to live in, so why are we scared of it? The world needs space travel,. Come on people!

this is like a trick question but there is a fun way to look at it. Have someone stand right beside you and close their eyes while you have your eyes open. they can't see the universe but you can so therefore the universe does exist while we're not looking at it. unless everyone intends to blink all at once then that's another story.

Creation exists with or without
human intervention.
The new Hadron Collider fires up this
coming spring.
Hopefully, this atom smasher will shed
more light on exactly where does mass
come from.
It's becoming more and ,more obvious
that matter exists in 2 stages: quantum
and particle.

If,humans never looked up to the sky, or sent rockets into space. Then we would not notice the existence of the universe.,It would just pass us by.The power of light is here. And everywhere.
