I NEED IMMEDIATE HELP ON OVERCLOCKING MY CPU AND INTEGRATED GRAPHICS CARD AND RAM. Please be serious about it.

My computer has an AMD Athlon XP 2000+ Processor 1.66GHz (200/266/333MHz FSB)
DDR2 480MB RAM
Built-in VIA KM266 Pro (VGA),
AWARD BIOS software,
RZ series Motherboard

Information needed as soon as possible,
and please be serious about it!

You can not rush overclocking, otherwise you toast your processor. And you do not overclock integrated graphics, only discrete graphics card. And socket A NEVER supported DDR2.

You don't know enough to be playing around with running your hardware out of spec.

Don't overclock and you won't have to worry about your processor, crappy graphics chip or RAM getting fried (and your warranty being voided).

my recomendation is not to overclock, for the small performance gain you achieve it is not worth the system instability (crashes and memory errors) nor the added strain on your computers components, everything runs faster thus creating heat, and heat is a major killer of all computers

you can't overclock your built-in VGA and as I know the motherboards that come with built-in VGAs are not overclockable.

you over clock by going into your BIOS setup. not all boards can be over clocked - check to see if yours can. if it can, you will have the choices listed there
