Nope, She May Regret The HEll Out Of It, But JUST Cause She Was Drunk Doesnt Mean That He Raped Her.
SHHHEEE Made A Mistake... SHHHEEE FFFucked up... Tell Her Not To Drink If She Cant Make Decisions Shes Not Going To Regret In The Morning.

No, not if he stopped like she asked him to. And it is great that he is asking her to do it again. It is only rape if she told him to stop and he refused to stop. Him asking her to do it again is good bc he is asking, not forcing. If she doesnt want to then she should flat out tell him that she does not want to. Her being drunk with him not has nothing to do with it. That was a choice she made.

if he stopped when she asked him to then i would say no- but you don't say if she was willing up to that point. doesn't sound like there is much of a case if that is what your thinking. its to bad that some guys will take advantage of a woman when she is drunk. good lesson to learn if you are going to get drunk go with friends and watch each others backs

Do it again??? does that mean she had consensual sex once and not again.
I am sorry to ask but rape comes down to whether she consented or not and alcohol is not really an excuse.

When she asked him to stop, he did. So, it is not rape. If she asked him to stop and he continued, than yes it would be rape. If he is still asking her to do it and she does not want to, she just has to tell him no.

if she asked him to stop and he did, then no, he did as she asked,it is not rape, if he didnt stop when she asked then she could go to the police and report him for rape, but he did what she said.
as to weather she should do it again? does she want to, guess its her choice to make,

"she asked him 2 stop he did"
Nope. That is NOT rape. When she said stop...he stopped. IF he had kept going THEN it would have been rape.

no....she was not raped. when she ask him to stop he did. if he keeps asking her then maybe he really likes her or just wants some botty.....either way if your friend fells uncomfortable about it then just don't hang out with him anymore! woman intuition is always right.....trust me on this one.
