Is this a five-part question, where the first part is to give the first four terms of f(n) = 3n + 1, etc.? If so, just put in 1, 2, 3, 4 for n: 3(1) + 1 = 4, 3(2) + 1 = 7, 3(3) + 1 = 10, and 3(4) + 1 = 13. See?
