Here is a complete answer:

a) 3n+1 = 4, 7, 10, 13….

b) 4n-2 = 2, 6, 10, 14 …

c) 2n+7 = 9 , 11, 13, 15 ….

d) 6n-5 = 1, 7, 13, 19 ….

e) 2n-9 = -7, -5, -3, -1 …..

Is this a five-part question, where the first part is to give the first four terms of f(n) = 3n + 1, etc.? If so, just put in 1, 2, 3, 4 for n: 3(1) + 1 = 4, 3(2) + 1 = 7, 3(3) + 1 = 10, and 3(4) + 1 = 13. See?
