I sip the coffee. First of all, I like my coffee hot. If I gulp or drink it, I might get scalded. It doesn't take more than 15 minutes for me to sip the whole cup. I also get the desired effect of the caffeine whether I sip or gulp (I only gulp the coffee if it has become cold.).
