call up/email your host domain, ask them why.
it may be due to you going over your allowed "bandwidth" if so shud come up again soon, or might be because you breached terms and conditions of the website.

If you didn't Pay the monthly fee for hosting, or the yearly fee for your Domain. and, or you chose a less than reputable company to do buisness with then there is your problem. That is why I reccommend a tried and true company to do buisness with.
