i thought it was very easy to understand!!, hm, try using yahoo to search for "360", the first result should be yahoo 360, click on that and see if it will work from there!!
if it works then go onto your page and click "change photo" on the top of the current avatar, then browse your computers files and upload the pic you want!

ok yeah , answerer one has it . if you can't find 360 go to my profile and my 360 page and add me as a friend then you will be able to click on to your page and change your avatar. :)
