trying to grow thyme in Paksitan, what would be the best season for me to start the seedlings. what is thyme called in urdu?

Thyme is a perennial evergreen herb. You can start it anytime. Cuttings root in water.

Don't know the urdu word, sorry.

i'm in Zone 7 and that i've got had mint (peppermint and spearmint), 4 or 5 varieties of thyme, and lavender (English) doing properly in my backyard for years. they are all difficult plant life. I definitely have some thyme in pots indoors by ability of the kitchen window even nevertheless it would not do to boot interior the winter because of the fact the thyme that's planted exterior.

Any time where there is no frost or freeze.

It grows several years but after two it is not much good as a flavoring.

Keep starting new cuttings every few months and that way you always have fresh young herbs.

You can grow it in containers in a sunny window too.
