i really want a milotic but first i need a feebas but i have no idea were i can catch one.can anyone help me !

If you are on WiFi i could trade you a milotic, but in the Sinnoh region Feebas' can be found on the Mt Coronet route

i think it's on route 119 in the hoenn region, but i don't know about sinnoh

it's an ultra rare pokemon in sinnoh region i'm afraid...You need to be patient and an extreme luck to find one..If you can go wi-fi,mail me with your fc, I'll give you one
