no children together thanks god! But I am from CA. I would just feel nervous facing judge because I am not a good speaker. What will the judge say? Will the judge ask tons of questions? How long does it usually take? we dont have children or any expenses and things like that. I'm so stress. My head is about to explode!

actually, where i'm from.. if you cant find him, you can place an ad in the newspaper & if there is no response in 30 days, divorce is granted. i told my friend about this and her current husband actually divorced his ex wife that way so, i know it works here!!! i wish you a speedy, uncomplicated divorce

You sound like you have broken English? What country are you from? Were you born in CA? You say, "head over heels" in love. That was cute. Anyway, I wish you luck with your D. May God Bless You and Keep You! It's good that you have no children together, I hope you will find yourself someone great and have kids together.
God Bless

You can go to legal aide and get these questions answered inexpensively. The laws vary from state to state. you should also ask if you benefit from getting it annulled rather than as a divorce.
