If I'm on an early shift the next day, I'm in bed for 10-11pm, if not earlier. If I'm a late shift, like today, it's not so important and it might be an hour or two later. If I'm a nightshift the next day, I may stay up until 3-4am.

Not always, but I have had one in the last month or so, as I started a new job with regular business hours... and even on the weekends I have been getting out of bed earlier than usual.

Yes. I wake up at 550 and try to be in the bed by 9. There are benefits to having a sleep schedule.

It keeps your heart healthy, may prevent cancer, reduces stress, reduces inflammation, makes you more alert, bolsters your memory, may help you lose weight, makes you smarter, reduces your risk for depression, and helps the body make repairs.
