Yes it's part of my job......also I find that after a while it comes naturally and I get in a better mood. So even though I don't feel like it, it has it's benefits.

I've found that when I'm having the worst day ever...if I force myself to smile even when I don't want to I actually do start to feel better

Of course! Don't you know that sometimes, faking a smile makes you feel better 80%? Furthermore, you can make others happy too because they will see that you are happy! No. It's not that I'm unhappy but I don't feel like it sometimes and people telling m to smile just makes me feel annoyed and not want to smile even more
