reading the minds of others can mean access to the person's feelings and thoughts. actually, this can be done with analytical observations of the person's speech (content, tone of voice, context) and other observable behaviors (e.g. eye contact, hand movement, etc).
there's no magic to mind-reading, rather, be observant and it can really help to understand yourself and other people better.

Can you really find out what someone else is thinking? According to physicists dealing with parallel universe and spatial technologies instead of quantum mechanics and related fields, it is possible. Human mind has the unique capability to project itself into higher dimension of spatial structures that can communicate with another mind through the use of electromagnetic media.
