Of course I like to read Patty Guilmette. She wrote the poetry book entitled "Under A Blanket Of Stars". I also love to read Janet Evanovich. She is laugh out loud reading. I enjoy the number novels 1 for the money, 2 for the dough, 3 to get deadly, 4 to score, High five, ect.

'His'? Why would an author automatically be considered male? There are many, many great female authors. Here however I contradict myself by saying that my favourite author is a man. Wilbur Smith is amazing. River God and the Triumph of the Sun are two of the most absorbing novels I have ever read.

The Power of One -- Bryce Courtenay
Sounds like a self-help book, but it's actually historical fiction.
