Through sweating and urination.
When the body looses water it is very important to ensure you are replacing it by drinking 1 - 1.5ltrs of fluids a day. This should be increased to 2ltrs if it is a hot day or during exercise as you tend to sweat more. If you dont replace the fluid in the body, it will affect the water balance in the body, making you dehydrated and causing other problems such as kidney problems and oedema.

The most two obvious ways are sweating and peeing.
All excretion.Sweating, urinating, elimination, tearing, sneezing, salivating, breathing(because water vapour is carried by air as you exhale) and even when you unmoved (because there is basal metabolism made by cells and cells need water all time).
