I've been mulling this question over for a few hours now, because I suspect it is not a simple piece of off-color humour designed to irritate the devout. (Though I'm sure it serves that purpose well.)
If you consider the question in an allegorical manner, it really makes a lot of sense. Jesus is represented by our modest and very fair maiden - Cinderella. He was also a good person, an innocent full of virtue, who was tortured and used by those close to him. The glass slipper probably represents human love and kindness for your fellow human beings. Probably Jesus lost a bit of it along the way during his journey in life. The slipper never fit anyone else quite the same. So, even though I do not consider myself a Christian, I acknowledge the importance of some of the teachings of Jesus and how they have shaped my character. I am always holding up the Glass Slipper to see if it fits people I come across. I am also holding it up to myself, and I have to admit I don't live up to this standard as I think I should.

Now, I know that was a bit of a stretch, but there it is.

Hi,
No, there was only one Jesus. The glass slipper he left behind is full of hope, expectation, anticipation of the next prophet to come and there are many who might claim to fit the role. If only people would look closer, they would see the glass slipper is far too tight or too slack and not the perfect fit they seem to claim. There are many false prophets and false teachers and such is human nature that there are sadly many who are susceptible to their dangerous preachings.

Jesus didn't have a glass slipper, he had sandals or bare feet.
He left behind love and it does fit.

i didn't have to try hard or look for long... i am the fit for that :)
that reminds me, i'll have to go and get the one he took with him.
and i told him: please leave the pair!
nope, he wouldn't listen... but anyway, the coordination how to get there for the second slipper, keeps us in contact.. and he's a nice guy, so i don't mind.

Uhmmm, I believe that was Cinderella who left the shoe. Look, you have to take the medication EVERY DAY for it to work properly. Just because you feel OK doesn't mean that you don't need it. :o)
