I think u going about the music the wrong way,
cause at the end of the day guns dont make beats,
just cause u come from the hood charlie dont make u street,
just cause i'm talking with sense don't mean that I'm soft,
just cause you got u some goons don't make u a boss,
he got jewlery is safe to assume him rich,
only kill on wax is safe to assume me b*tch,
or do u measure a man by money he got in the bank,
how much he smoke, or money he got on the drank,
or do u measure a cats skill by who the hardest,
how bullet holes thrue ur body solidify an artist?

I have been a Tupac fan since I was 14. I can say tupac was the best rapper ever and still is. Tupac was a poet of our times, even the hardest thug has to feel a not in his throat when hearing him flow. He always spits about life and time in the ghetto. If you look at all of his CD's that he put out he never changed. Look at the rappers now. They see someone else doing something and they want to jump on the band waggon. Tu Pac kept it real........always
Remember the song he did called "Revolution"? He says...he says "this country was built on gangs. you know. i think this country still is run on gangs. republicans. democrats. the police department. the fbi. the c.i.--those are gangs. you know what i mean? the correctional officers. i had a correctional officer tell me straight up 'we're the biggest gang in new york state.' straight up."
Now that's some real s%*#...think about it

Definitely Immortal Technique. I've been a 2pac fan since 1996 and I always will but seriously Technique just surpasses all. I speak in terms of lyrics and content. If you're sick of all this repetitive industry garbage you got to check his music put, you won't regret it.
Some to check:
Dance With the Devil
Leaving the Past
Caught in the Hustle
Positive Balance

Definitely rock. Rocks are pretty hard. Ever hit a rock against your head? It hurts. You should try it some time
