Concept cars are just that, concepts.
They are just tangible objects of what is to come, focusing on technology and design.
But if you did want to purchase one of these concept cars, it would run in the high six-figures to the millions. And they would not be street legal.
Sorry.

The best answer is that you don't. Only rarely will you find one at a classic car auction, and even then I doubt if you could licnese it to drive on the road. It is only a concept. I have seen a few at the truck plant, and they weren't really road worthy. Some didn't even have windows or engines in them. A lot of the stuff, was just plastic and didn't work. It is a concept and the manufacturer is trying to get an idea of what people think about the new styling. good luck.

As 2jzgte1996 says, no chance!
If a car manufacturer has invested £50 million or more in a concept car, do you really think they'd sell it?
The closest a concept car comes to actually being a production car, would be something like the Plymouth / Chrysler Prowler, for example.

hate to break your heart, but most concepts, even if they are working/running models have "experimental" designations. meaning you cant title them as a street legal vehicle. if you have a museum go ahead. as a street car, forget it. never gonna happen.

If you're asking here, it means you don't have a prayer. Those cars rarely leave the manufacturer's car deposits, often they don't have drivetrains, they are not for public use, and the very few times I've seen them sold, they go for millions.
