lol I know what you mean - my other half is from Kent, his brother lives in Canterbury (where Orlando Blom is from) and the minute he mentioned that to anyone female and under 25 it was "OMG do you know Orlando Bloom?? OMG!!! Squeeeeeee!"
Actually one of my other's half's friends mum's is really good friends with Orlando's mother (known her for about 25 years) but we never told them that, lol!!!

Paris Hilton - Famous For Being A Daddy's girl and thats about it ! Shes an anorexic Size 0 and she is influincing teenagers to try and kill themselves to get to her size and she's wearing clothes that normal people can't afford and causing trouble all the time.... SHES BORING !
Nichole Richie- Again, famous for WHAT ? AGAIN, a size 0 girl who loves herself sooo mutch and is spolit and thick. No-one with at least half a brain cell cares where she gets her toilet roll from but yet there are still people that try and find out where it is !
Kate Moss- BORING, shes setting a bad example for all teenage girls by making it look like if you're a size 0 and take loads of drugs then you will suceed in life ! She's UGLY too.
Victoria & David Beckham- ONce again SIZE 0 !!!!!!!!! Grrr I hate it ! Also David used to be good at football but I'm sure that there are many people alot better than him that havn't got fame because of people like him. I feel sorry for the Kids !

I can't stand hearing about Victoria Beckham; she was in a band in the '90s and married a footballer; there's nothing special about that. Katie Price has no reason to be famous apart from huge breasts and Peter Andre is a washed up popstar who got famous for going into the jungle with a bunch of other celebrities. I hate hearing about people about Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears - leave them alone to deal with their problems. I know people who are going through the same things as them and they aren't being followed around by the paparazzi. When Orlando Bloom got famous, you couldn't go into his home town without seeing some annoying pre-teen looking for him, often with pin badges all over their rucksack/coat. Get over him! He hasn't been back there for years!

In America it's a toss up between Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and Anna Nicole Smith. The latter's death only gave her more publicity. All three are just jokes or rich white trash, whichever way you want to look at it. But that's what the media eats up while many with talent are ignored.
I agree with you on Kate & Posh. But Kate's lost all interest here.

Everyone from Big Brother. They're NOT celebrities, they haven't done anything requiring even an iota of talent to become famous.
All "manufactured" pop artists. S Club 7, Steps, Britney, Jessica Simpson etc....if you can't sing live then don't try to convince us to the contrary by miming on stage. And don't try to cover it up by saying it's because you can't dance and sing at the same time. It's called lack of talent and I don't understand why people idolise you

Kate Moss whose only talent is as a fitted clothes hanger. She earns so much money for walking up and down in clothes that only the very rich can afford. I still cannot understand why the various companies continue to use a drugs user as their public face. It sends out the message to all drugs users and wanabee users that it is OK and that it will not really affect their lives.

I saw this chick on Tyra Banks that made me glad to have britney back in the news!
This chick is friends with Paris and has some sex tape out and she was just on the show to promote her stupid reality show.
I'll stop watching Tyra if her show is going to turn into more of the same crap... her show was really good at first.
