I beleive in the Holy Ghost and I believe in God......but I do not believe in ghosts.

Depends on what you mean by 'ghosts' and 'God' here. Different people have different views on what 'ghosts' and 'God' is.
But if you mean ghosts as of 'souls of dead people wandering the Earth' and God as 'creator of the universe', I'd say no to both :)
