No, but in the Army, a buddy of mine on the rappelling tower got his boot snagged on a loose nail and got hung upside down for a few minutes.

You seem to be having a problem on tall buildings, maybe you shouldn't go above the 2nd or 3rd floor.
Have you seen a doctor about this malady?
