This has occurred to me in which it gave the look of whatever used to be touching however I could not transfer or say some thing. They name it Old Hag Syndrome. The mattress shaking...that is whatever else. And sure, I are not able to sleep in whole darkness. Have your preacher come and do whatever to rid your residence of anything it's that is there, considering that critically if you happen to mattress used to be actually shaking, you've gotten bought disorders. As for the stigmata stuff...that is creepy.

OMG! I get that sometimes! It F*ckin' SCARES me! I don't know if it's a dream or not, but sometimes I can control what I dream about when that happens. It's really weird and hard for me to explain. Sometimes I even have to survive on 2 hours of sleep because when I get these, they usually happen all night.

None of us experienced it so none of us can answer truthfully exactly what it could be. Many of us have had similar experiences while awake or dreaming. It may never happen again or it may continue. In either case, fear is normal but not needed. Unknown circumstances are simply new awarenesses that eventually become better understood with patient observation. Be brave until you know.

I know exactly what you are talking about!! I once woke up and it felt like ten minutes of that! I was so scared! I woke up from a dream and I was sleeping on my stomach...I tried to move to turn over and I couldn't move my body....I tried to move my arms but I was really paralyzed!! I have noo idea why that happens but just know you aren't alone.

Yes...When I was younger I had these dreams...I woke up from these dreams very scared....The bed would move...weird things I can't explain....My father built the house on Indian Burial grounds in 1968. Nobody In my family wants to talk about .--these "dreams" straight out from The Shining.

yeah.. it happened to me once and i was so afraid that i have to go to my mom's room and sleep there..
my grandma said that the best way to avoid such things is to drink a glass of water before hitting the bed. i don't know if that's true, but it seems effective with me.

it happens to me. like i know i am awake but i couldn't open my eyes or move my body and it freaked me out.
from asian culture they say when that heppens it means a ghost/spirit is preventing your body from moving by being on top.
but i rather not believe that...
