you need to stay off of the computer,,,seriously, tho,,,,being on the computer stimulates your brain and its the last thing you should do if you want to go to sleep.

The way I relax (I have bad insomnia) and it's too late to take a sleeping aid, is that I tense my entire body up as tight as I can-lying on my back, arms at my sides. Then, starting at my toes, I relax each body part concentrating on my breathing. Do the relaxing very slowly.
If this doesn't work, I close my eyes and count. LOL Or start a dream that I want to dream.
I know, doesn't really seem like much, but, if you're in a crunch, you gotta try anything.

Turn out the lights, or at least dim them and have a warm shower.

Once you are in bed, do some deep breathing, tense up each body part one at a time and then relax them completely. If that doesnt work, read something while in bed.

Go into the portal. Meet the most handsome/beautiful *insert your favorite gender to play with here* and let your imagination do a very cool story about how they want you. Next thing you know, when the story gets good that's when you go unconscious.

Listen my friend, if your between 12 and 20, it is difficult as your body is changing, and introducing chemicals to trigger certain growth centers. So the trick is ROUTINE!!!! You may have to stay up all night and day to start a proper cycle but.......oh, well. Diet and regular Excersise are huge factorst. No food or sweets after 9p.m.. Luck!

I wish I knew..... What I usually do is turn the fan on high, turn my tv on the weather channel, and put my head under my pillow... I usually fall asleep in about 5 minutes. If anyone has a better idea, LET US KNOW PLEASE!!!!!

Some things can't be forced. If you can,think of things that relax you. Don't focus on trying to sleep or you won't be able to.

take a warm shower put on your pj's and crawl into bed and lay your little head on your pillow close your eyes and relax it will happen

Meditate.
Clear your mind and practice deep breathing. It works for me every night.
